Prices and Stock
Prices may change without prior notice and are effective immediately upon publication. We generally keep ample stock to meet demand, however, there may be exceptional circumstances where we may be unable to meet a request and in this case we will offer either an alternative product or a full refund. Alternatively customers can wait until the next delivery date of that particular product.
We only display items in stock, or we mark 'Sorry - Out of Stock' accordingly. Where several orders are received for the same item, thus depleting our stock, we will supply on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Postage & Packing
Postage and packing charges are clearly identified when you checkout and come to pay in PayPal. Please see a list of our postage costs below. All items are packaged in a padded Envelope. All orders are sent 1st Class Delivery, Recorded Delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so that delivery will be made within 7 working days (for UK orders) and between 7-14 working days (outside UK). Please note, these times are a guide only and delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our control.

Late/Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is over 21 working days late, please contact us at hello@bluebijoulondon.co.uk. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 21 working days after which the UK Post Office classifies the parcel as lost. bluebijou cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery.
Returns Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition with the packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the items.
Please note that all earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
For information regarding returns please email hello@bluebijoulondon.co.uk. A return address and further instructions will then be issued by email. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be processed and issued within 3 working days from receipt of the item. You will receive an email confirming the original order value and refund amount (the e-mail will be sent to the same address as the original Order Confirmation).
N.B. Your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account with which you made your original purchase.
Exchanges
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process an exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail hello@bluebijoulondon.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement.
